This month, we rejoiced as Mercedes followed the Lord in believer’s baptism! She began attending Redeemer with her father, trusted Christ as her Savior, and has started discipleship with Allie. It is exciting to see her growing in her faith! Please pray for her husband and children, who are still unbelievers, that her life and testimony would point them to Christ.

We are excited to share that an additional $2,760 was given toward the Redeemer property purchase! Thanks to the generous $10,000 matching gift opportunity, that amount was doubled to $5,520! We praise the Lord for His continued provision. The remaining $7,240 in matching funds is still available, meaning every dollar given toward the property will continue to be doubled until the match is fulfilled. Thank you to everyone who has invested in this exciting step for Redeemer Baptist Church!

El Salvador Update

God is working and growing El Salvador Baptist Church. This month one of the church members hosted a special marriage event where couples could come for a special date night and teaching to strengthen and challenge their marriages. We pray that God would continue to raise up strong marriages and families in this part of the city!

Family Update

Allie and I celebrated 12 years of marriage this month! We are thankful for God’s grace that continues to mold us, and our prayer is that our marriage would faithfully reflect Christ and His church. We also celebrated Eden’s 9th birthday in September! We are proud of the young lady she is becoming and pray that God would continue working in and through her life.

A Quick Trip

We have had the opportunity to travel to the United States to share what God is doing in Peru. With the addition of a second church plant, we are seeking to raise additional ministry support. We have several churches scheduled before returning to Peru in November. Please pray for God’s provision, safety as we travel, and that we would be a blessing and encouragement to others along the way.
