Church Planting Missionaries to Peru
We are the Miller family! Please take a moment for us to tell you a little bit about us and how we can partner together to take the gospel to Peru!
About the Millers
We love people and investing our time and energy into seeing others grow in their walk with Jesus. We are eager to return to Peru to share the hope we have in Jesus Christ with a country in desperate need of the Savior.
Who We Are
We are the Miller family! We are church planting missionaries to Peru, South America with Vision Baptist Missions sent out of Vision Baptist Church in Alpharetta, Georgia under the leadership of Pastor Austin Gardner.

Our first two years on the field will be spent working under veteran missionary David Gardner in an established and thriving ministry. During this time we will learn Spanish and adapt to culture as well as serve in the ministry under his leadership.
Peru is in desperate need of the hope we have in Christ. The vast majority of Peruvians are taught from their youth that they must prove to God their worth and faithfulness in order to be saved, and they spend their entire life in bondage to that belief, never being able to measure up. We need to take the liberating message of the gospel to them now so that they may believe on Christ and be free to live for Him!
During my time in Arequipa looking over the city and the great need for the gospel, the Lord broke my heart for the people living there who did not have the gospel witness I grew up with and took for granted for so many years. We went up to a mountain side and looked down over the city at night and imagined every light was a soul that needed to be saved. I realized that there are many dying every day without the hope we have in Jesus. It was at that time I was called and began training to return to Peru to start churches and train men for the ministry.

Our Ministry Plan
We believe that more than social or political improvements, the people of Peru need to hear the preaching of the gospel. We believe that the preaching of the cross is the power of God!
We believe our responsibility does not stop when people believe the gospel, but that we teach them through scripture and personal example how to live a life pleasing to God.
We believe that the local church is God’s design for reaching the world with the gospel. We plan to start multiple local churches and multiply the gospel witness across Peru and the world.
We believe that in order to be most efective, we need to train men that will plant churches and train more men.
In July and August we celebrate Peru with many festivities here! The girls were dressed up to go to school in their traditional Peruvian dresses. Each region has it’s own style of dress - coast, jungle, and mountains. It reminded me that even being here in one part of Peru, there is so much more unreached territory where the gospel is not yet being preached. Would you pray for laborers to each of these regions in this country? Would you pray about being one of those laborers?
We celebrated the completion of our first three months of the Bible study we started in the physical therapy clinic. We had an evening together to enjoy grilling out, hearing an encouraging message from God’s word, and spending time together. We had several first time guests that were invited for this evening who got to hear the gospel! Please pray that God would continue to use this Bible study to reach the lost and strengthen believers!
