September is a big month in the Miller household! This year we celebrated our oldest (Eden) turning 6 years old and just a few days later we celebrated 9 years of marriage! God has blessed us tremendously and we are grateful we get to pass these years serving here in Peru. As we approach 2 years here on the field, we are excited for what is to come in the coming years!

Anniversary Service
In September Amor Baptist Church celebrated 2 years as a church! God has blessed us greatly to be allowed to serve in this ministry and see the church grow as well as a church building raised! A year ago we were meeting in a small room, then outside under a tarp, and now God has provided a metal building! As we round out our time serving in Amor Baptist Church would you pray for pastor Paul and the growing community? Our prayer is that God would use this church on the side of a mountain to be a lighhouse proclaiming truth!
Love Baptist Church Update
Please continue praying for Love Baptist Church. This month we should have the floor poured in the new building, next we’ll need to put up a wall for the second floor so we can move the children upstairs and free up the nursery downstairs. As we finish out this year we will be stepping out of this church to plant a new church. We are so grateful for the opportunity we have had to help and we look forward to all God will do in this community!
October Plans
In October and November we have several outreach opportunities planned in Amor Baptist Church. We will be running English classes each Sunday afternoon in October, inviting anyone who comes to stay for the service that follows. We also have a kids event we want to use to bring families into the church and have an opportunity to preach and share with them why we are here. Also in November we are planning a banquet where everyone can invite friends and family to come share a meal and hear the gospel. Would you pray that God would bless our efforts and that more people would come to know Christ as a result of the proclamation of His word?
I’d like to request your prayers as we consider the location for a church plant for the coming year. We have several zones we are considering and are asking God for clarity and provision. Would you pray that God would open doors and make it clear for us?
